The only difference is (And @GregUtas if you could do this as well) that we now try to put the article and member name in the post header - censored as necessary, let's not do the spammers job for them - so that you don't need to open each message to see if the member you're reporting is already there.
Just makes life easier for everyone, so if you could join in with that, it'd help!

I think it is really in the limits, but I would say it is not spam.
Sure the article needs re-working and some (many) corrections. But I think the links are legitime to the content and not specially spammy.

At the beginning was I going to say "wait a second" but the fact, that the blog he is posting is from March,27th 2020 and the answer to the 2017 question was written 2 days ago (2 or 3 days after the blog got published)...
