It is not uncommon that someone who flags an article does not post a relative message in S&A. Some even flag the article, but not the author.

On the other hand, this is really of very poor quality, even if it was a tip/trick. I went for "Extremely poor quality" and followed the account, waiting for it to publish its payload.
