What I remember when I reported the above: It was not a draft and it was _clearly_ spam.
It does not solve my Problem, but it answers my question

I am not saying anything about the correction of the report, only about the link target. I can use the revisions list to go out of the draft or see the previous content.

At the time I posted the link, it was not a draft. I suspect that if the author modifies the article, the link is still the same so the status seems to change to draft.

Example:
The two articles in "updated" and "Updated2" of this report[^] bring you to a draft, then clicking in revision you see there is only 1 version, clicking on version 1 brings you to the article in moderation

I think we have to factor in at what point the article was closed. It could be that after closing the article the link shows a draft, but I am not sure of the inner workings of the process.

Nope, it wasn't closed yet. That's why I posted the second link (also unnamed) where I reported it.
I landed in the draft with the first link, then I went to revisions, I selected version 1 (the only one existant) and I got to the article, I reported it, I copied its link and posted it in my message as second link (unnamed article again)

The first bit in the original report: Plagiarized?[^] Is effectively still there: same structure, some commands, same order - all he's done is change "myfile1.ts" and "myfile2.ts" to "sample.txt" and "sample2.txt" and so on.
If I saw that as the first draft I'd still be smelling pink meat.
