No, there are very few "single employee" jobs in a care home, especially a fairly big one (and this one has 100 beds if you include the Alzheimer's ward) : you have multiple nurses, care assistants, activity organisers, kitchen staff, domestics, and so on - about the only single job is Home Manager.
