I want to upload an excel file which has contacts numbers

Hi,
I want to upload an excel file which has a field of contacts numbers from clients side, then send message to those Recipients.
I dont know if I have to save in the database the contacts first and then send or I can extract each contact from excel and send one by one(to the Recipients).
Please can someone help with the code that can do it.

if you don't have requirement to store those contact to database then my ans is just keep all contact in temp table or you can directly send message to all contact one by one or your API may have ability to send message at one shot like comma saprated .....545454545,545778787,5545454,
