Why Crystal report gets load error after install the setup?

I have a C# window application.It work good.But after i install the setup file in the same system crystal report get load error.
This is my code.

ReportDocument cryRpt = new ReportDocument();

cryRpt.Load(Application.StartupPath + "\\myreport.rpt");

TextObject C_name= (TextObject)cryRpt.ReportDefinition.Sections["Section1"].ReportObjects["C_name"];

C_name.Text = "My name";
