You talking of an application? If so, what all you have done till now for it? Any ground work at all? You haven't even mentioned which language you are planning to do it.

Here is what is expected by enquirers:
1. TRY first what you want to do!
2. Formulate what was done by you that looks like an issue/not working.

Try them and tell if you face any specific issues.
