In gridview 4throw and 8th row is blank row i want to remove the Linkbutton for 4th row and 8th row for that how can i do in asp.net using c#.

Go to gridView designer and remove the 4th row and 8th row design code.

If you're using datasource bound to the grid: remove empty rows from datasource before binding it to the grid. Grid should be only dumb "show me the data" control.
