How to put a bitmap from a file to a particular location on a control

Hi all ,

I have a requirement where I need to load a bitmap from a location (the bitmap is located elsewhere in the machine ie not a part of the project) and to display it at a particular location on a list control .
I have the co-ordinates of the rectangle where I need to place the bitmap.
How can I do this ?
