I search in google, I found many application that will convert code but i did not found any code/logic for that

I don't want to use any third party tools

Please help me

Solution 1

You can convert between those languages fully automatically, and with very good quality, if you use ILSpy. Please see my past answer: Code Interpretation, C# to VB.NET[^].
