I can't enable/disable device in win7/win8.1 system bying Hardware Helper Library,My present situation IS:
(1),Bying Hardware Helper Libary,it work in xp system very well.
(2),But,In win8.1(64bits) system,I can get Device List,The DEMO work very good,however,I can't enable/disable the device which is choosed.

why?

who can help me and teach me? or send The Code to me?(Mailto:jackie-21@163.com)
