Clinical Data Analysis

Hi,

I have a hospital related application. I have to develop a screen that will have a medical terms related library and accordingly it will return analytic data based on those medical terms.

Can anyone help me out with any such tools?

For example, out of 100 patients visited hospital for a day, it will show me the percentage of people diagnosed with lung cancer based on total registration, age, gender etc.

Actually need some ideas or path how to go ahead?. The output of the screen will be a graph or pie chart kind of things. the screen is for research purposes for the doctors.
Please help.

not really. I already have the database. i can't approach with the application

We're not here to do your coursework\job for you. If you don't even know where to begin this project then you need to start from the beginning and get some books on asp.net and read them. Once you understand the basics you can get going then ask specific questions about specific problems you are having.
