How should I get hard disk`s unique number which cant be changed? Hard disk`s volume serial number is not that unique number because it can be changed by formatting drive or hard disk. So please tell me how can I get hard disk`s unique number which cant be changed?

Good old search is all that's needed. But, yes this will change if the hdd is changed.

I don't know what you want to achieve with that, but it is flawed. What if the hard disk is changed? What are you trying to protect?
