I want to create a system modal form. When the system modal form is active, everything on the desktop gets inaccessible. For example, the Windows task window or form seen for selecting "Shutdown", "Restart", "Hibernate". When this form or window is active, everything else on the desktop becomes inactive.

How can I make such forms which are system modal forms?

You cannot do this if you are using Windows XP or later. System Modal no longer exists, it is the same as Application Modal.

In no way.

And if you could, you should have not:
- it is extremely annoying;
- it is potentially dangerous;
- antiviruses or windows might block your program;
- finally, it of no use at all and ugly.
