CSS-Sylesheet not working in VIsual Studio 2013 using IIS Express

Hi Friends,
I am running my application locally using VS 2013, framework version 4.5 and IIS Express. The application is running without error but the stylesheet/css is not applied throughout the site. Can please someone help.

You must have applied the wrong css classes in your html.
Cross check them,
