Integrating Matlab with .Net???how

i Am developing an AI BAsed project and for that i integrate matlab with c#.

i developed a csharp windows form and places some buttons on it then i want to call matlab m-file having a code for accessing the parallel port.

just i need that whenever the click_button event triggered the matlab m-file starts to run and send data to parallel port.
