get value from one sheet and update to cell values of another sheet

Hi
I need a help in excel

there is amounts in sheet2 and need to get them in sheet 1 column and if it increase anothe column in same sheet will be 0

as ex like this

in sheet2

C#

wp02	2000
wp05	9000
wp10	2700
wp20	2500
wp23	5000

sheet 1
wp02 2700
wp03 2850
wp04 1200
wp05 9650

partpayment
1
1
0
0

if i add wp05 value in sheet2 it should update wp05 in sheet1 and
partpayemnt should be 0

it wont work for my formula
=IF(D2=0,0,IF(Sheet2!B:B<=D2,0,1))

help me to sort out this
