Ribbon Editor Issue

I installed VS 2010 and used Ribbon editor.
I want just one category, so I don't want category button.

How can I delete this button?

Are you saying you want the ribbon at the top of the VS2010 screen to consist of just one button?

This makes no sense, and would make it harder to navigate around.

There is no way to alter these easily.
