How to make a question paper in grid view?

i have to make a question paper that has all it enteries in the database. i have to select the questions from the database on a new page where admin can choose different sets of question and then generate a paper out of it.But i cannot make a fixed size of the paper and the questions are not setting according to the page size i.e A4 in this case. also i have to divide the page into half so that a question paper has 4th page in front of 1st page and 3rd page is in front of 2nd page .

What I have tried:

i have created the relevant pages for requesting of questions from the database by the admin and they are currently showing in the the paper . the database is fetching the relevant output but the page is not being set according to the grid view as requested.please provide me with a code to help sort out the problem.

No one is going to write your code for you. You need to show exactly what the problem is (samples of your code), and explain where it is going wrong.
