How to uncheck all checkboxes existing in a div when check one of them.

i have 6 check boxes in a div .now i want when i check one of them the remaining all become uncheck through jquery in mvc view.

What I have tried:

i have try more but not found any thing my self can any one give a suggestion are simple example ,i will be very thankful for your this kindness.

simply you can use radio button for your functionality.
