How do I get web templates from VS13 into VS15

I used the Web Template in VS2013 that was under Visual Basic / Web / (Web Page Template) 2012. I liked the design and it was easy to modify. I upgraded to Visual Studio 2015 Community and the template in this version is terrible. How can I get the older template into 2015?

Are there any free templates that I can download for VS2015 Community?

Searched the Net did not find much.
