How to implement enhanced remedy macro code to create remedy tickets

I am trying to implement Enhanced Remedy Macro code to create/update remedy tikcets available on this link, for that need help on how to set up pre-requisites in my laptop and how to make it work.

What I have tried:

I have read the link and downloaded the program.zip file in my laptop, .NET framework is installed on my system, but I didn't found ARAPI.net in C drive as mentioned in given link.

Solution 2

If you mean this: Enhanced Remedy Macro[^] then there is a "Add a Comment or Question" button at the bottom of that article, which causes an email to be sent to the author. They are then alerted that you wish to speak to them.
Posting this here relies on them "dropping by" and realising it is for them.
