Sage 50 and sdata web services configuration

Hi Experts,

I am new to Sage 50. I am reading about SData web services and a SDK to access Sage 50 companies in custom built applications in C#.

I am not understanding how to configure SData service on my localhost. I can't find any site on localhost listing to http requests on port 5493.

Please anyone, experienced, provide me some web reference or introduce me to SData web service configuration and a jump start to develop custom application consuming Sage 50 company data.

What I have tried:

I have Sage 50 installed. I can add new company, add providers and perform all operations. I need custom C# application to consume Sage 50 company data. But am not finding SData web-service configured with me.
