I tried to find but not getting any API related to cross word puzzle.

Most unlikely. Crossword puzzlles are based on language, and more specifically the way words and phrases may be interpreted. Computers are not very good at working with such things. Consider the phrase: Time flies like an arrow, fruit flies like a banana. An English speaker can make sense of that, but a text parser would have great difficulty.
