Datagridview control touch select multiple rows when vertical scroll bar

I need to be able to touch select multiple rows of a Datagridview control when the vertical scroll bar is visible. Currently, when the vertical scroll bar is not visible (few rows), I can touch select several rows in the Datagridview. When the vertical scroll bar is visible, it I try to touch select several rows, the list will scroll up or down and I won't be able to select multiple rows.
