Do you want hack website? then no one won't tell you that. Impossible man.....
Do you want recover your password? You can.

Which account? Yahoo, Gmail, Codeproject? Most of them has links for Forgot password / Reset password. You need to verify your security question & answer to recover your password. Also try to create a Fair password which contains Alphabets, numerals, special characters.

How do you know that other people blocked your sister's account? :)
