How to done connectivity with sqlite in android app using xamarin

Connectivity is not working between android app and sqlite.
At the time of debugging code no error and no exception but database is not access

What I have tried:

I try to connect android app with sqlite database but connectivity is not done but c# code do not generate any error or exception

What is the solution of this kinds of problem ?

Please suggest.
