please all suggest me what is the best way to approach this solution.
with ajax or jquery?

Yes they do. They don't contain complete code samples, but you're not going to find someone who has the exact same database etc as you who will post exactly the solution you want, and no-one here is going to write that for you as this is not a code-on-demand website. Learn how to use auto complete from those examples, then adapt it to your own data and data sources.
