My question relevant to 3-tier?

I have 3 live server.
1 for Presentation Layer.
2 for Business layer.
3 for DataAccess layer.

how add reference for presentation layer to business layer and business layer to DataAccess layer.and also tell me where i put my connection string.

What I have tried:

i just create 2 class libraries for business layer and DataAccess layer and also create empty web application for presentation layer
