we are developing a website which consumes webApi and angularJS. WebApi call working in browser and postman tool. but when we are binding with application we are facing an issue like "

initially we faced same issue for GET method. i solved by adding below configs in WebApi. but it doesn't helps for Post method.
can anyone help me to sort out.
