Too many Page Fault with a server that has too much Free RAM

Hi,

I have a Server (Win 2003) with about 16GB RAM.
I have a windows service installed on this machine. For this Windows Service, Task Manager shows me something about 20/Sec Pagefault. I have too much Free RAM, why should I have Page Fault?

Note:
This Windows Service writes about 100bytes/Sec on the disk and have a high volume of transactions with SQL Server, like Select and Update.
