Getting Contacts

Hi,

This is Guru, working on different social n/w. Up to now i went through gmail, outlook, twitter.. and obtained required contacts to desktop.

just by getting DLLs of gamil and obtained it contact by using C#.
By using there API completed twitter.

Now i want to get HOTMAIL contacts and not able to move forward in finding its DLL or any API for moving forward....please help for moving forward or Any other way to get contacts of HOTMAIL.
