Send varchar(max) field info as an email attachment using sp_send_dbmail

I stored pdf file in sql table as Varchar(max) format. Now looking for sending this Varchar(Max) field info as an dbmail email attachment using sp_send_dbmail. How to accomplish this?

What I have tried:

I have looked all ways to do this but not succeeded

Have you looked at saving the pdf to a file and sending it as an attachment?
