How to send mail which contains what changes made by user within particular session

HI,
i have asp.net application.In that user update some information.That information compare with previous and send which is changed.

What I have tried:

I thought to store it in session variable but how much information will change by user.So how to solve it

And what if the ASP.NET application is restarted? You should probably write such information in the database (like an history) and then query for change that happen since last session start.
