How to fix 403 - forbidden: access is denied.

When if User requesting the application for the url like 'online.PSPL.com' resulting in 403 forbidden error.

What I have tried:

when if the User requests the exact url i.e. "https://online.PSPL.com" then working fine. How can i resolve the error.

Sounds like only https is enabled (not http) and there is no automatic redirect from http to https so the user is just going to have to request the https version of the url.

i'm not sure but think that could be an IIS error meaning the anonymous web user has no permissions to access the directory.
or you should create a folder on root directory.
