asp.net 3.5 is not displaying web page in explorer

when i am running asp.net 3.5 it is not displaying web page in explorer or mozilla giving error the internet explorer could not display the web page but when i am running yahoo or another web pageg they are running.

I think the Default page of the website could be removed, Please make sure following:

Right click on your web page (.aspx)
Click on Set As Start Page

Have you deployed your application properly?
