How can I change remote PC time with credentials using VB.NET

I have many computers in my network but not in the domain. I want to synchronize these pc time from a server computer in the network using vb.net

What I have tried:

after googling it I am able change my own pc time..,but I want to do it from the server computer.

Which operating system on the PC's? Most operating systems provide time synchronisation using NTP set it up on the server and point the PC's at it.
