Need Code for envelop

I am using envelop but have a problem the official ocx support does not work for me

how do i load an ocx into envelop useing a dll such as Atl
specifying control name , Guid & File name i need this for win95,98,Me,Xp & React os

Guid : EF63EC2B-B221-4644-97D9-2C8FB420FAAB
File name : VB5Examples83.ocx
control name : VB5Examples83.Example342

Does any one have code for this
