registry open or write value by user account

Hi all
Can help me?

When I log in my computer with administrator I can write code access
registry good. And when I log in with normal user I can't access registry

my application alert message like this

Requested registry not allowed.

Solution 1

Its because of User Permissions, a vb.net application can use getsettings and setsettings to access the registry
