&Wmode=transparent is not working on firefox for flash

Hi,
i am loading iframe with some template for that template i need to show pop up for selecting image,pop up loading behind iframe..
it is working on chorme but in fire fox it is not working.

What I have tried:

i have tried with &wmode="transparent" it is not working but tired with
?wmode=transparent it is working.But in my url already i have ? again adding this it is working for next step

Instead of: yourUrl.ext?foo=bar?wmode=transparent
Use: yourUrl.ext?foo=bar&wmode=transparent
