Convert XLS file to XML

Hello,

Recently the Indian govt. excise department wants to e-file data in .xml format.
We have data in .xls format but how do I convert to .xml?
I don't know how.

Can anyone help me to convert data to .xml format?

This xml format already given by the excise department with coding but I can't understand it.

How to create xml file?

Sounds like you just want xml format so it doesn't matter about language.

Try this Export Excel to XML in VBA[^]
