I am looking for some help in converting postscript font to unicode using C#. Advice or samples are highly appreciated

You question is not clear enough.
I assume you want to extract the text from Postscript and use it in a C# program. If so, I would search the net for any of the many Postscript-to-Text extraction programs, call it from your C# program and read the resulting text file into your program again.
