I deployed web services ..it working fine but some time it automatically stop working down..

how can I check service is down or not?


Windows Azure Web Sites running in the basic tier due to this it is down?

it need to move with Standard tier?

you can add application insights[^] for your cloud service and can create a alert for ping request that will send an email to the given email id whenever ping request fails.

Monitor availability and responsiveness of any web site[^]

There are several alert and monitoring tools available in market, as @uspatel suggested you can configure application insights for your webjob or you can use tools like site24*7 monitoring tool or you can implement typical logging tool like Elmah.
