How to print data grid view values in C# windows application

I am creating windows application using c# 2010, here I am generate the report using data grid view, here I want print data grid view values, but I want only print selected columns and then print like to  same as visiting card  method
 
Ex:
Contact Name
Address line1
Address line2
Address line3
Address line4

Please any one give me idea.
