vb.net activex web browser

How to create zoom button in the vb.net activex web browser when I open an excel file in it . as I have got some links as
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/312777

but it works when a html is opened or generally any website is opened in my AxWebBrowser

How to do it with msoffice documents..

please help
