How to remove unwanted special characters in server ouputs using minimalstic library

when modified the minimalistic library corresponding to my application, i am getting few unwanted characters in console as below(in my string variable),

[0m[1m[H[2J[1m
[5;1H[J[6;1H[J
[1m[13;1H[K....................[13;1H

also the menu items are displayed as sequence of characters in output console, but the functionality is working properly

How i can avoid these characters in console outputs
