How to detect whether the agent connect internet by proxy server.

I want to know whether my PC connect internet by proxy tool?
who can tell me how to detect it?

In my local area network have two PC,A can connect internet,but the other B can not connect internet. if B user A proxy serve connect internet,how can i detect it.

Solution 1

You can use program "Active Ports" (aports.exe) to see all permanent connections using TCP. There is application name, local address, remote address, state. If remote address is proxy address and program propertly working, then connected using proxy.

Do you have proxy server installed on computer A? You can also detect using Internet Explorer entering address. To see all conections, use "Active Ports" (you can find it in internet).
