How can I update data from another form

Hi My name is Chester and Im new to programming in VB.net.Im trying to create a database software.I created a datagrid view form called manage students and another called add student and i want to be able submit changes to the manage student form the from the add student form.The add student form contains name, surname, DOB and gender.Can someone please tell me how i can go on about it

What I have tried:

I can only update the tables from the same form using the save button.
