I would love to make software like that of [REDACTED] (www.[REDACTED].com).

I know c# programming so I would like to use it in order to create a tool similar to "Logic" of www.[REDACTED].com.
I would like to realize chart, signal decoding, zoom of chart etc...

Who can help me to understand how to do that?
