How many tables create in database this site and filed with (pkey&fkey).

You should try to find some shopping cart samples on google and then analyze their database.

Well, clearly a homework/project for you AND you have no clue whatsoever of it.

Suggestions:
1. Gather information about your project
a. Workflow
b. Audience
c. Data

2. Based on knowledge gathered, you would need to design your database to handle it. While designing the DB, you will come to know about PK & FK's. One cannot tell about them right now.

You application will talk to the DB (tables created and related with each other using FK's)
